Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Transit Time

Once your order ships, transit time is 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that processing time and transit time are separate — your total delivery estimate is processing time plus transit time.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, customs processing, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if a significant delay affects your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at pixelglowrgblantern@gmail.com with your order number so we can look into it.
